Tenders must be hand-delivered and deposited in a sealed envelope into the competitive box located at Silo Food Industries, clearly endorsed on the outside with the advertised tender number, description, and closing date and time, addressed to the Managing Director, Silo Food Industries Ltd, 14 Wimbledon Crescent, Eastlea, Harare, Zimbabwe.

Note: All bidders who wish to supply raw materials should have at least 20% of the product readily available ex stock in Harare or within 80km radius of Harare Main Post Office. Stock inspection will be done immediately after tender opening since stock availability will determine tender awards.

SFI reserves the right to award the tender or part thereof to any bidder after evaluation.
