The Government of Zimbabwe has received financing from the International Fund for Agricultural Development IFAD/OPEC Fund for International Development (OFID) towards the cost of Smallholder Irrigation Revitalisation Programme (SIRP) and intends to apply a part of the proceeds of the financing to purchase Seeds, Fertilisers, Agrochemicals, Poultry and Feeds. The Smallholder Irrigation Revitalisation Programme, Programme Co-ordination Unit (PCU) invites sealed bids from interested and qualified bidders for the supply and delivery of the following goods:

Detailed tender documents should be collected from the Procurement Specialist’s office, office number 8 Department of Research and Specialist Services, Fifth Street Extension, Harare, Zimbabwe upon payment of a non-refundable fee of USD50.00 at the Programme Accountants office, office number 10, Department of Research and Specialist Services, Harare, Zimbabwe.



The tender documents can also be downloaded from www.sirpzim.com and proof of payment of a non-refundable fee of USD50.00 should be attached upon submission of the bids.

Three copies of sealed and clearly labeled bids must be delivered in person, or by registered mail on or before 26th of April 2021 at 1000hrs to The Procurement office (SIRP), office number 8 Department of Research and Specialist Services, Fifth Street Extension, Harare, Zimbabwe.
